GuestGuard is a members-only network. Accreditation is free to apply for, and most applications are reviewed within two business days.

What membership includes

  • Look up a guest's standing before you accept the booking
  • Rate stays, A+ to D, and add notes the network can trust
  • API access for connecting the software your property runs on
  • A voice in network standards and the dispute process
A note on integrations: they are typically built with the software company behind your property management or booking system, not by the property itself. If you tell us what you use, we handle the introduction.
